After 14 years in the business, Susan Frey has made her dream a reality: She recently re-opened Tips-N-Toes Day Spa at its new location in the Sports Therapy Wellness Center, which occupies the building north of the Yaquina Bay Bridge (east of U.S. Highway 101) that formerly housed the Lincoln County Family YMCA.
